Terms of Service

These terms aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and the user regarding the use of the blog platform provided by Mikihands (hereinafter referred to as 'the company').

1. Purpose

This agreement applies to the entire process of the user establishing, operating, and monetizing a blog through the Mikihands blog platform.

2. Definition

• The term 'service' refers to the web platform provided by the company that allows users to utilize features such as creating blogs, posting content, automatic posting, inserting images, multilingual translation, and ad integration.
• 'User' refers to an individual or entity that agrees to these terms and utilizes the service.
• 'Paid member' refers to a user who has paid for a subscription (e.g., Standard, Premium).

3. Sign up and account management

• You must enter accurate information to create an account, and the user is responsible for any false information provided.
• One account is linked to one blog domain. The domain is set once at the time of registration and cannot be changed afterwards.
• You must promptly update your account information in the event of any changes, and any disadvantages arising from negligence in doing so are the responsibility of the user.
• Standard and Premium are paid services, and detailed information will be provided separately.

4. Service Use

• Provides AI-based automatic posting, multilingual translation, image insertion, and design customization.
• Premium members can additionally use the automatic multilingual posting feature and integrate with Google AdSense.
• The generated content will be published after the user's final confirmation, and the responsibility lies with the user.
• The company may utilize external APIs (such as OpenAI) to assist in AI generation, and the generated content will be published after final approval by the user.
• The company may temporarily suspend service use or terminate the account without prior notice if the user violates the terms or adversely affects the service.
• Users can request to unsubscribe at any time, and upon termination, related data will be deleted immediately.

5. Advertising and Revenue Features

• Premium members can link their Google AdSense account to earn advertising revenue.
• Advertising revenue is subject to an agreement between Google and the user, and the company does not intervene or guarantee it.
• The company shall not be liable for any disadvantages such as account suspension or unpaid earnings arising from violations of Google policies.

6. Content and Copyright

• The copyright of the posts created by the user belongs to that user.
• The company may utilize the content for promotional and statistical purposes within a non-commercial scope.
• Illegal, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory posts may be removed without prior notice.

7. Paid Services and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis, and the payment method will be specified separately.
• Users can stop payments from the next billing date by canceling their subscription, and after cancellation, automated features may be limited.
• In the event of a payment failure or if you are not subscribed to a paid plan, the automatic posting feature will be restricted and posting requests may be denied.

8. Prohibited Acts

Users must not engage in the following actions :

• Creating illegal or harmful content
• Unauthorized access or hacking attempts on another user's account
• Circumventing the paid service features
• Causing system load through repetitive and automated API requests
• Engaging in actions that infringe upon the rights of others or impose undue strain on the server
• Circumventing or violating Google AdSense policies

9. Service usage restrictions and termination

• The company may temporarily suspend service use or terminate the account without prior notice if the user violates the terms or adversely affects the service.
• Users can request to unsubscribe at any time, and upon termination, related data will be deleted immediately.

10. Service Changes and Discontinuation

• The company may change or temporarily suspend the service after prior notice for the purpose of service improvement.
• We are not responsible for interruptions due to force majeure (such as hacking, natural disasters, etc.).

11. Limitation of Liability

• The company does not guarantee the continuity, accuracy, completeness, or advertising revenue of the service, and the responsibility for the AI content generation results lies with the user.
• The company is not responsible for any data loss, disputes with third parties, etc., occurring during the use of the service, unless caused by the company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Changes to the Terms of Service

The company may change the terms and conditions as necessary, and any changes will be communicated in advance through announcements. If the user does not agree to the modified terms and conditions, they may discontinue the use of the service and delete their account.

14. Notice of Open Source Library Usage

This service is composed of various open source software, including the following:

• CKEditor 4 – used under the GNU LGPL license
• Chart.js - used under the MIT License
• DataTables.js – Used under the MIT License

Each software is used in accordance with the license policy of the respective copyright holder. For more details, please refer to the official website of each project.

15. Other Provisions

• The matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by relevant laws and customary practices.
• These terms and conditions shall be interpreted based on the Korean language, and in the event of any translated terms, the original text in Korean shall take precedence.
